We hereby announce that our company KONŠTRUKTA-TireTech, a.s. is changing its legal form from joint stock company (in Slovak: akciová spoločnosť) to limited liability company (in Slovak: spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným), effectively from 1st July 2023 on.

Following this change, our company has been duly registered in the Business Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 10715/R, under the new business name KONŠTRUKTA-TireTech, s.r.o. The registered seat of the company remains the same, located at K Výstavisku 107/13, 911 01 Trenčín. It is important to note that this change in legal form does not affect the continuity or existence of our company as a legal entity.
