Single Extrusion

We have introduced K-TT's Next Generation Extruder to respond to modern high silica compounds, which are more abrasive and generate more heat when processed. The Next Generation Extruder is the result of water jacket heat transfer simulations and a series of trials in K-TT's R&D laboratory extruder.
The outcome of this development is >30% higher cooling capacity compared to the current market standard. Higher cooling capacity together with high wear resistance achieved by using the latest materials on the extruder and screw is our recipe for setting new quality standards in processing today's compounds. 

Spiral cooling system meets the requirement for eco-design. Substantially decreases the built-up area, saves the electrical energy and reduces consumption of cooling water.
